Dear Prospective Quoter: Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Garbage Collection services at U.S. Embassy Pristina for the Embassy and leased residences, as provided in the schedule. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPAs) to those firms that are technically acceptable, responsible, and clearly intend to sell services to the U.S. Government at market prices or below.
