Description: The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract with Flight Safety International for initial, recurrent and advanced training services for pilots, mechanics, and crew operating or maintaining Gulfstream GVIII-G700 aircraft. Authority: This action is being conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by RFO Subpart 6.103-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). Justification: The USCG recently acquired two Gulfstream GVIII-G700 aircraft to recapitalize and expand the USCG fleet.
