***THIS is a Sources sought notice ONLY*** This is a Base + 4 OY services contract to provide scheduled semi-annual preventative maintenance and inspections on the cafeteria equipment/appliances within Root Hall (Bldg 651) Caf� (Rooms T001 and T0022) at the US Army War College (USAWC) at 651 Wright Avenue, Carlisle, PA 17013. Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) will be needed. During the semi-annual inspection, if repairs are needed, the contractor will make minor adjustments the day of the inspection. If the repairs are more extensive and require additional parts/labor, the contractor will provide a quote for additional repairs.
