About this opportunity
This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the Contractor to carry out 2027 Sapporo Snow Sculpture to support Mission Japan. The U.S. Consulate General in Sapporo seeks the design, construction, maintenance, and presentation support of a large-scale snow sculpture to be featured in one of the blocks reserved for large sculptures at Odori Park during the 2027 Sapporo Snow Festival. The sculpture will promote U.S.-Japan relations, celebrate America, and serve as a prominent, visually engaging installation for festival attendees.
