NOTICE OF INTENT � Magnet Forensics, LLC This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a sole source contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.102 Restricting Competition under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Headquarters Procurement Services, on behalf of the Office of the Inspector General (OIG), intends to issue a sole source award to Magnet Forensics, LLC., 300 Colonial Center Pkwy, Roswell, GA 30076, for various proprietary Magnet and GreyKey investigative software products and services in support of the Office of Investigations (OI) Cyber Investigations and Forensic Analysis (CIFA) unit.
