NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. NAVSUP FLCSD intends to award a sole-source contract. NAVSUP FLCSD intends to solicit and award a commercial, sole source, firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract to EOS of North America, Inc., 28970 Cabot Drive, Ste. 700, Novi, MI, using the procedures in FAR part 12.201-1. Competition is not feasible because the required controller and repair services for the EOS M100 3D Printer can only be provided by the original equipment manufacturer and its proprietary processes, making EOS of North America the only responsible source for this procurement.
