FDC PHILADELPHIA FY26 4TH QTR SUBSISTENCE/BREAD/MILK SYNOPSIS: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center Philadelphia, intends to issue solicitation 15B21726Q00000006 for the acquisition of subsistence food, milk and bread products. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing, FOB Destination with full delivery by SEPTEMBER 16, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center, 700 Arch Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106.
