THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY � The Bureau of Reclamation, intends to solicit wastewater testing services to conduct required monthly analyses and provide the analytical data and reporting necessary to ensure compliance with the Utah Department of Environmental Quality (UDEQ) discharge permit requirements under UPDES Permit No. UT0020338. The resulting requirement will include base year plus four option years. The laboratory performing this work must be accredited in accordance with the most recent National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC) standards for water analysis and must hold current certification from the State of Utah.
