Invitation for Bids (IFB) Set-Aside for Small Businesses NAICS Code: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors The New Mexico National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the removal of two existing AJAX boilers and associated equipment at Building 1047, Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB), New Mexico. The contractor shall provide and install new, high-efficiency Lochinvar (Brand Name) boilers and all necessary components to return the system to full operational status.
