About this opportunity
The project is to renovate the existing locker rooms and additional office space within building 30. The scope includes, but is not limited to, demolish of existing select walls, stick down tile, carpet, locker curbs, drop ceilings, electrical, plumbing, along with relocation of existing doors. The locker rooms will require the addition of plumbing, electrical, walls, ceiling, base trim, and epoxy flooring. The project will include but not limited to additional work outside of locker rooms, demo of existing flooring, new epoxy flooring, new break room kitchen cabinets and countertops, wall repair and paint, base trim, lighting replacement, replacement of door hardware, and floor drain repair in active laboratory.
