Before submitting a quote, you must attend the upcoming site visit scheduled for May 19, 2026, at 10:00am est. To attend the site visit, please email a Notice of Interest to both me and Jamie Hare (jamie.l.hare2.civ@us.navy.mil) and complete the Base Visitor Form. Both the email and the completed visitor form are due no later than 12:00 PM (Noon) on Friday, May 15, 2026. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
