NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: IAW FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that The Department of Veterans Affairs RPO-E R&D, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Contract IAW RFO 12.201-1 to Toth Technology, LLC (SAM UEI M87PRBVHZ4G1) for services to provide build a web interface backed by a queryable database that contains a manifest of specific research data available to aggregate and index that VA-housed healthcare data.
