SPECIAL NOTICE: In compliance with RFO 5.101 coupled with the guidance set forth by RFO DFARS PGI 206.103-170(d) this Notice for Request for Information is hereby published to inform on the following: The US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE), Portland District intends to award a sole-source contract to Propulsion Systems, Inc. (PSI). USACE NWP requires the modification of one Port and one Starboard Controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP) hub to create blind hub flange bolt holes to prevent a path for hub oil to leak into the Flange Cover area upon the Dredge Essayons. PSI is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), designer of record for existing hub as well as owner of all information and design drawings of the hub. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED.
