The United States Property and Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for New Hampshire intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for non-personal services. The work includes providing all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the "Construct Apron Shoulder Pavement" project at Pease Air National Guard Base, NH. The project requires the addition of approximately 830 square yards of bituminous concrete pavement to the paved shoulder on the southerly side of the apron to accommodate wingtip clearance of the KC-46A aircraft.
