About this opportunity
The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to KLDiscovery Ontrack LLC, located at 9023 Columbine Rd., Eden Prairie, MN 55347, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. The EOUSA anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to KLDiscovery Ontrack LLC for the ReadySuite with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Network Software Subscription. The Litigation Technology Service Center (LTSC) uses ReadySuite to convert, create, filter, merge, manipulate, review and validate standard litigation support load files.
