About this opportunity
The Office of Facilities and Property Management (OFPM) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), an agency of the U. S, Department of Commerce, intends to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services for Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing (MEP) Services for Gaithersburg, MD and Montgomery County, MD. Refer to Attachment 2-Statement of Work Section V �Tasks� and Section VII �General Requirements� for intended scope of work.
