Sources Sought Bank Stabilization and Navigation Program (BSNP) INTRODUCTION The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support these requirements for construction services in support of the Bank Stabilization and Navigation Program (BSNP). The contractor shall include the following but is not limited to: construct, modify, or repair stone dikes and revetments; bank paving and hard points; revetment overlays; and excavation of notches.
