This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a non-personal services requirement. The U.S. Forest Service requires demolition and removal of three (3) structures located on Forest Service property at Cole Ranch outside Durango, CO. These structures are no longer mission-essential and present safety, security, and environmental concerns.
