THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC, IHD), intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Bruker AXS LLC, 5465 E Cheryl PKWY Fitchburg, Wisconsin 53711 to provide the following service: Maintenance on Bruker Detectors The Bruker Quantax EDX and eFlash EBSD detectors are proprietary and manufactured by Bruker AXS LLC. Therefore, the only vendor certified to provide technical services, parts, and general maintenance on the instrumentations.
