The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for Erection, Rental and Dismantling of Prefabricated Facilities to support bilateral exercise YS91 at Camp ASAKA. Notes: Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to meet the requirement in the country of Japan.
