Solictation Amendment FA481926Q00210002: The purpose of this amendment is to: Attach and incorporate the consolidated Questions and Answers (Q&A) document into Section J of the solicitation. Remove the following sentence from Section 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services: "The Government will proceed to award the contract to the contractor who provides the best value". Update the price analysis reference in Section 52.212-2 by replacing "FAR Part 13.106-3(a)" with "FAR Part 12.204." Revise PWS Section 5.2a (Pass and Identification Items) to reflect updated security protocols.
