Description 1. Background and Objective: The F-16 European Participating Air Forces (EPAF) Test Program, located at Edwards Air Force Base (AFB) in California, has a requirement for the disposal of Cartridge and Propellant Actuated Devices (CAD/PAD). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the pickup, transportation, and certified destruction/disposal of these assets. 2.
