This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal. The National Institute of Health intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with the following vendor: Shady Grove. Acquisition Description: The Clinical Center has a clinical support team to address a broad variety of routine medical issues that may arise during a course of treatment, but in some instances, a specialist is required for certain consultations. The NIH does not have the requisite support services and facilities for fertility preservation procedures, which has led to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNNMC).
