This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement for the National Park Service, The National Park Service, Oregon Caves National Monument and Preserve, for tree thinning and piling services The purpose of this Amendment no. 05 is to provide the site visit notes and Revision no. 4 to Attachment 1, Terms Provisions Clauses adding two clauses "Seasonal Shutdown" and "Notice to the Government of Delays."
