About this opportunity
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with TPS LLC, 2821 Old Route 15, New Columbia, Pennsylvania, 17856. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide a 40 cu.ft. Tenney Environmental Test Chamber and TPS Model WIT 112 Chamber for the FBI. The FBI has prepared a Sole Source justification on a basis of other than full and open competition for the acquisition of the test chamber needed. A copy of this sole source justification is available upon request. TPS LLC is the sole manufacturer of these devices and does not authorize any other vendor to resell.
