REQUIREMENT: USCG, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) has a requirement for four (4) Sentinel Class MTU 20V4000M93L QL4 engine overhauls. Overhauls will be done in accordance with (IAW) the provided USCG Statements of Work (SOW)/specification and technical requirements provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Rolls-Royce Solutions America, Inc. Thus, the Government will allow competitive offers to be submitted; however, all offers must be based on having a current OEM distributor agreement with the ability to service OEM products, access proprietary OEM data and dynamometer test to full load, 4,216 KW, IAW OEM run-in/acceptance test procedures.
