About this opportunity
The Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks proposals for roof repairs and insulation at DOW Offices at the U.S. Embassy Annex located in Arqa at Wadi Haneefah Street. The contractor will repair the Freedom Hall roofs and AC duct at the Annex by applying Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) insulation and waterproof coating. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror that meets all solicitation requirements. The Government may award the contract based on initial offers without discussion. The anticipated performance period is one month from the date the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
