The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH), Office of Population Affairs (OPA) anticipates the availability of funds for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 grants under the authority of Division B of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026 (Public Law No. 119–75). Through a competitive NOFO, OPA will seek applications to establish and operate a National Training Center for Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) to provide training and technical assistance (TTA) to all OPA-funded TPP program recipients.
