The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Seattle District (NWS) intends to seek approval in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) & RFO 6.103-1(c)(2) for a Justification and Approval (J&A) to increase the capacity on the below listed contracts associated with the solicitation number (W912DW-19-R-0020): W912DW21D1001 W912DW21D1002 W912DW21D1003 W912DW21D1004 W912DW21D1005 W912DW21D1006 W912DW21D1007 W912DW21D1008 This original procurement was conducted in accordance with the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute (Brooks Act). It was open to all A-E firms regardless of size. The Government awarded eight (8) contracts including four (4) unrestricted awards and four (4) small business awards.
