AMENDMENT 01 - ISSUED 27 MAY 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to: Change the Site Visit requirement from "mandatory" to "highly encouraged". All other terms and conditions, including the quote due date of June 11th, 2026 at 3 pm PDT, remain unchanged. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, material, transportation, supervision, services and items necessary to ensure a full system inspection and rebalancing of the building's heating system located at USCG AIRSTA Port Angeles.
