This contract facilitates rapid response to USAF technical inquiries (TIs) through Engineering Assignments (EAs). This is a pre-solicitation notice for a SOLE SOURCE requirement in accordance with RFO 6.103-1 � 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.
