Project Understanding The construction site is located at the southwest intersection of East Kings Highway and North Caln Road, outside the incorporated limits of Coatesville in Chester County. The site is an existing VA Medical Center known as the Coatesville VA Medical Center. This project shall include design service for a demolition, abatement, repair, and replacing of the roof of buildings 139 and 69 at the Coatesville VA Medical Center. This includes the pitched roof of building 139, the flat roof of building 139, and the flat roof of building 69.
