About this opportunity
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) intends to award a purchase order to The University of Arizona for mineral separation, high-N zircon U-Pb geochronologic analysis, and Lu-Hf isotopic. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The University of Arizona is, to the USGS knowledge, the only source that offers high-throughput, high-N zircon analysis with simultaneous Lu-Hf isotopic measurement in split-stream mode using advanced instrumentation configurations (e.g., Neoma and Element2 or Neptune and iCAP systems).
