FEMA Permanent Housing Construction Repairs � Crow Tribe of Montana (DR-4847) The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is hosting an Industry Day to provide information and engage potential contractors for the Permanent Housing Construction (PHC) Repairs project supporting the Crow Tribe of Montana following the August 6, 2024 severe storm and straight-line wind event.
