The Department of State intends to award a sole source contract to the law firm of Jamil & Jamil FZ LLE located in Dubai, UAE. The firm fixed-priced contract will provide for continued legal support service which are under way for the disposal of real property in Karachi, Pakistan. As Jamil & Jamil is in the middle of the necessary legal transaction, it would be detrimental to the Government to change legal counsel at this point in the property acquisition process.
