The intent and purpose of this IFB, is to establish an annual contract with a qualified suppler to furnish and provide inside delivery of Hydrofluosilicic acid to the County of Henrico, Virginia (the “County”), Virginia Water Treatment Facility (“WTF”), in accordance with the Scope of Work/Services section of the solicitation.
