The Agency seeks Statements of Qualifications from interested General Contractors for participation in a competitive bidding process for the project. Following review and evaluation of the submitted qualifications, the Agency intends to prequalify three to five General Contractors to submit competitive bids for the project during the third quarter of 2026.
