The City of Manassas Park is seeking expressions of interest from professional engineering consulting firms that wish to be considered to provide services for federal, state, and locally funded projects. Services will include aspects of project administration from planning and design, through project and construction management, to acceptance and close-out, mostly for transportation projects that must follow federal, state, and local requirements.
