The Virginia Department of Transportation, herein referred to as VDOT, is soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms to provide all equipment, labor, tools and traffic control necessary to perform asphalt patching service to repair winter break-up damage of pavement on Primary and Secondary routes in Henry and Patrick County located in the Martinsville Residency of the Salem District on an on-call, as needed basis in accordance with the specifications contained herein.
