The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is conducting a Request for Bidders View (RFBV) to verify that NCIA�s technical documents are sound from a contractual and technical perspective and gather input on potential improvements to support the upcoming acquisition for the provision of Support and Maintenance Services for Collaborative Visualization Systems.
