About this opportunity

The intent of this project is to provide a qualified contact center solution in support of potential and existing student questions regarding enrollment, retention, financial aid, and/or student accounts (as selected by individual colleges). The successful offeror shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items to provide the necessary services listed within the attached documentation. Questions are due 5 PM 5/29/26, with proposals due 5 PM 6/23/26.
