About this opportunity
The project consists of extending the Building 1 Wing 6 demising wall vertically to the structural concrete deck above to eliminate a 2�3.5 ft gap and thermally and mechanically isolate Wing 6 from the Spine corridor. Work also includes sealing penetrations and abandoned penetrations with fire?rated materials where the wall separates the Women�s restroom from the Spine corridor. An optional scope may include reconstructing storage room #4089, installing hollow metal door frames and doors with security hardware, sealing wall penetrations with fire-rated sealant, providing additional fire sprinkler protection as required, installing interior lighting, and installing NIST-standard interior signage.
