VCU invites prospective Firms to submit a proposal to provide Debris Removal & Portable Toilet Services. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals for one or more qualified sources for Debris Removal Services (Lot 1), Portable Toilet and Sink Rental Services (Lot 2), and Routine Construction Waste/Debris Removal Services (Lot 3). Firms may elect to submit proposals for a single Lot or multiple Lots. The RFP provides Firms with the relevant operational, performance, application and general requirements that the proposal must fulfill.
