Virginia Commonwealth University (“VCU”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide event planning services for the University’s signature events: RAMCamp and Weeks of Welcome (WOW), as defined in the Statement of Needs below. Firms who meet the requirement specified in this BVA will be issued a purchase order. The terms and conditions of this BVA will govern the purchase order.
