About this opportunity

The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”), and the resulting contract, is to obtain services from a qualified firm(s) to provide consulting services to support Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”) in planning, development, and implementation of technology and decision support systems applications for managing a large water and sewer utility with more than 100,000 customers in accordance with the Scope of Services section of the solicitation.
