The Capital Region Airport Commission (the “Commission”) is soliciting bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform Landside Pressure Washing Services at Richmond International Airport. Services shall include scheduled and on-call pressure washing of parking garages, terminal sidewalks, roadways, commercial lanes, valet areas, pedestrian walkways, and other operational landside areas as directed by the Commission.
