About this opportunity

The purpose of this scope of work (SOW) is to define the requirements for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to support the operations of the transit agencies in this Consortium which may consist of microtransit, paratransit, and deviated fixed-route services. The agencies will operate all services directly with their own vehicles and staff; therefore, this procurement is solely for the provision, implementation, and ongoing support of the software platform and related features.
