The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide on-call, hourly rental of equipment with experienced operators and personnel to perform various incidental road construction and restorative maintenance on the interstate and limited access primary roadways for Richmond District Interstate Maintenance Office, which consist of Chesterfield, Henrico, Powhatan, Goochland, Hanover, New Kent and the Cities of Richmond and Colonial Heights.
