The Town of Woodstock is soliciting qualifications from professional graphic designers and muralists to create a signature design for the exterior of its North Street Water Tank, a highly visible 2,000,000-gallon Composite Hydropillar structure located near the I-81 corridor.This project runs in parallel with a separate long-term water tank maintenance and painting procurement.
