Complete removal and replacement of the existing roofing systems across three roof areas of the Administration Building: the main north building (approximately 11,710 square feet), the one-story connector building (approximately 2,940 square feet), and the original south building (approximately 6,850 square feet). The work includes demolition and removal of the existing ballast roofing system, membrane, flashings, and related components down to the roof deck. The project also includes installation of a new fully adhered EPDM roofing system, including new insulation, coverboard, flashing, coping, and drainage components.
